Paul Buckley

Chief Marketing Officer

Paul Buckley is a seasoned marketing leader and innovator with over 35 years of experience driving revenue growth, brand strategy, and operational transformation for Fortune 500 companies and service-based organizations. As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Nvitis, Paul leads the development and go-to-market strategy for an AI-powered knowledge platform that solves one of education’s most persistent challenges: institutional memory loss and fragmented information systems.

Paul brings deep expertise in semantic search, Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, and content systems that turn scattered data across platforms like Banner, Workday, Canvas, and Microsoft 365 into unified “Living Storyboards” — intelligent, chronological narratives that accelerate decision-making, strengthen compliance, support accreditation, and dramatically reduce administrative waste.

Prior to Nvitis, Paul served as President of D Custom (a division of D Magazine LP) from 2014–2024, where he scaled custom content revenue 2x and earned more than 60 national awards for brands including Texas Farm Bureau Insurance, Hewlett Packard, UT Southwestern Medical Center, SMU Cox School of Business, University of Houston, McKesson, FedEx, and NetApp. Earlier in his career, as SVP of Client Service, Strategy & New Business at RAPP (Omnicom Group), he spearheaded the consumer division launch for Dell and helped scale its direct-to-consumer program to over $1.5 billion in annual revenue.

A recognized expert in AI Optimization (AIO), semantic search pipelines, and data-driven growth strategies, Paul is also Co-Founder of Berry Buckley Inc. and President of PMB Direct, where he helps service businesses and educational institutions harness AI and modern content systems for measurable ROI. He holds a B.A. with double majors in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan.

Paul is passionate about ethical leadership, institutional excellence, and building systems that preserve knowledge while empowering people — values that directly inform Nvitis’ mission to deliver smarter, more connected school districts.
